Sistry's Vegan Mushroom Stroganoff

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1/2 cup Sistry Chipotle Chili
  • 1 can light coconut milk unsweetened
  • 8 oz Baby Bella mushrooms
  • 8 oz Shiitake mushrooms
  • World of Pasatabilities Ruffle pasta
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon flour
  • 1 teaspoon fresh garlic Garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground garlic
  • Thyme
  • Salt
  • Pepper

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Start by adding garlic to the olive oil. Sauté garlic until brown and add the mushrooms. Sauté until soft. Add salt, pepper and thyme to mushrooms and mix. Once mushrooms have cooked, set in a bowl.
  2. Add the coconut milk to the pan. Bring to a boil and whisk in 1 teaspoon flour to thicken the sauce. Once coconut milk gets thick, add in 1/2 cup Sistry’s Chili Chipotle. Bring to a boil and add ground garlic and add mushrooms to the sauce and mix well
  3. Once the pasta is cooked, top off your pasta with this mouth watering mushroom sauce featuring Sistry’s Chili Chipotle!!
