Sistry's Mexican Corn Salad

INGREDIENTS:

  • Sistry's Jalapeño Cilantro
  • 1 cup pasta
  • 1 cup roasted corn
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 small red onion
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Tajin
  • Cilantro
  • Parsley 

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Boil noodles according to instructions.
  2. Prepare avocado, red onion, bell pepper, cilantro and parsley.
  3. Mix all ingredients in a bowl once noodles have cooled off.
