INGREDIENTS:
- Sistry Chili Chipotle
- 1 red onion
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 orange bell pepper
- 2 portobello mushroom caps
- ¼ cup olive oil
- ¼ cup taco seasoning
- 1 cup guacamole
- 4 Flour tortillas
- Cilantro
- Lime
DIRECTIONS:
- Slice all veggies and lay in a parchment paper wrapped pan.
- Top veggies with olive oil and taco seasoning and mix.
- Bake at 450 degrees for 20 minutes. Once cooked, Set the broiler for 4 minutes to give the veggies a little crunch!
- Serve with guacamole, cilantro, warm tortillas and of course Sistry’s Chili Chipotle sauce!
