In a bowl, add sake and Mirin, then mixed in the miso paste until smooth. Once smooth, add sugar and mixed until dissolved.
Next, marinate the cut cod in the mixture for one day in the fridge.
For the cups, we used Go Green's butter lettuce. Look how gorgeous and bright that lettuce is!
Air fried the marinated cod for 10 minutes and assembled the cups using the lettuce leaves.
To complete this dish, we included Sistry's Jalapeño Cilantro sauce for an extra kick!
