INGREDIENTS:
- 3-5 tablespoons Sistry’s Jalapeño Cilantro
- 1 ½ cup chickpea cooked (3 cups raw)
- ¼ cup lemon
- ¼ cup tahini
- 1 small garlic
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- ½ tsp cumin
- ½ tsp salt
DIRECTIONS:
- Blend tahini and lemon juice for 1 minute.
- Add in olive oil, garlic, cumin and salt. Blend for another minute.
- Add 1 cup at a time of the chickpeas and Sistry’s jalapeño cilantro while blending.
- Once smooth, add another batch and repeat until done!
