Easy Zucchini Roll Ups



COOK TIME: 1 hour


  • 1.5 cup Sistry’s Jalapeno Cilantro
  • 2 cup zucchini (ribbon)
  • 2 cups hummus
  • 2 cups quinoa
  • Basil
  • Carrots
  • Bell peppers
  • Avocado


  1. Cook quinoa according to package directions, set aside. 
  2. Mix Sistry’s Jalapeno Cilantro with hummus, set aside.
  3. Using a mandoline, cut ribbons of zucchini, set aside.
  4. Mix the hummus and quinoa together.
  5. Place ribbons of zucchini flat and spread the hummus/quinoa mixture on top.
  6. Place basil, bell peppers, carrots and avocado on one end and roll up. 
  7. For extra flavor, dip each roll into Sistry’s Chili Chipotle and enjoy!
