
These corn ribs are a must have summer dish. Sistry’s Chili Chipotle is a perfect addition to this meal because it adds an extra smoky flavor and spice. Once you have these corn ribs, you won't be able to eat it any other way!

INGREDIENTS:
- ½ cup Sistry Chili Chipotle
- 4 ears of corn
- 4 tablespoons of Olive Oil
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ chili powder
- ½ tsp light chili powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- ¼ tsp salt
- ½ cup cilantro
- ⅓ cup Kitehill Ricotta
DIRECTIONS:
- Cut ears in half, then half again, length wise. Mix all spices with olive oil. Brush corn ears with the olive oil mixture and place in the air fryer for 15 minutes at 400 degrees.
- Drizzle Chili Chipotle on top of cooked corn. Sprinkle cheese and cilantro. Make sure you always have a side of Chili Chipotle so you can dip before each bite!
